The State of Readiness Barometer is a tool which is part of the West Midlands’ core ‘offer’ to support local councils, health and wellbeing boards and local partners to do better. The Barometer can be used flexibly by organisations and disciplines. It provides shares lessons and learning about ‘what works’, identifies areas for further development and thematic areas for collaboration. Download

The Catalogue brings together existing local, regional and national offers on leadership, culture change, sector-led improvement and organisational development. It also includes networks operating locally, regionally and nationally, including professional networks that have a role in supporting and developing public health and social care. Download
